When David and Elise Harsthsorn moved to Turks & Caicos in 1981, they never imagined the islands would become their lifelong home. After raising their family in Providenciales, their dream of owning a restaurant and bar finally became a reality with the opening of Embers.
Together with James and Delphine Van Dyke, they created a boutique dining destination centered around live-fire cooking, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality.
